Kor Nokta lets venues stand out on the Kor map as a paid promotion. These terms are between Kor and the partner venue (“venue”); price, duration and payment are set in the separate offer and invoice sent to the venue.

1. What Kor Nokta is

2. Venue pulse page

The venue gets a private link that opens on a phone without an account. The page shows totals only: kors lit right now, kors lit tonight, tonight's leading venue marks (marked by at least two users), unique views and taps of the promotion, and events announced at the venue tonight. No venue is ever told who lit a kor, who came or who marked what. The link is confidential; the venue should share it only with authorized staff and ask for a new one if it may have leaked.

3. Venue obligations

4. Kor's rights

Kor may refuse or remove any promotion it finds contrary to these terms or the law. Kor does not guarantee any particular result (visitors, views, sales). We do not promise uninterrupted service; compensation for long outages follows the terms of the offer.

5. Applications and personal data

Applications are made through the getkor.app/mekan-reklam form or the “Work with Kor” section in the app. Personal data on the form is processed under the notice shown with the form and deleted 1 year after the application is decided.

6. Governing law

These terms and the offer are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; [COMPETENT COURTS] have jurisdiction. If the offer and these terms conflict, the offer prevails.
